Performance Reviews

Get an independent view of your operation, the causes behind its performance and the improvements worth prioritising.
Owner’s Operational Walkthrough
Spend a day with Brendan walking through your operation, discussing challenges and exploring practical solutions. Receive direct feedback and a short written action list.
What’s involved
A one-day session on site with owners and managers, combining observation, discussion and practical recommendations. We help you identify what needs attention first.
Workshop Performance Review
Find where workshop effort stops translating into profit. We connect operational data with frontline observation and provide a written report, prioritised recommendations and a management presentation.
Scope and delivery
The review examines workload, technician utilisation, labour recovery, work in progress, parts, warranty, invoicing and management controls.
Delivery includes advance data review, two days on site, analysis, reporting and presentation. Scope is matched to engineering team size.
Group Performance Review
See what is working across your sites—and where performance differs.
Brendan and Frankee compare operating practices, management controls and performance across locations. We identify shared problems, effective approaches and opportunities for stronger group oversight.
The work helps owners and senior managers understand which differences reflect local circumstances and which indicate inconsistent processes, reporting or management practices.
Format: A bespoke review across agreed sites.

Training & Manager Development
Give managers the skills to lead the work and the people.
Practical development built around the responsibilities, decisions and conversations your managers face every day.
1:1 Manager Development
Practical support for the decisions your manager faces every day.
For newly appointed and experienced managers who need stronger routines, clearer priorities or support with difficult situations. We work on the manager’s actual responsibilities and current challenges, connecting training to the decisions they need to make.
Coaching can cover planning, delegation, accountability, team performance, communication, commercial awareness and using management information effectively.
Brendan leads workshop and engineering development. Frankee leads customer-service, administrative and wider business-management development.
Format: One-, three- or five-day programmes, with delivery matched to the role.
ENGINEER TO MANAGER
Repairing machines and managing a profitable department require different skills.
Your best engineer may be an excellent choice for promotion. But have they received the training to take on the commercial and people decisions that come with the role?
Can they interpret the numbers and manage a profit and loss account? Do they understand how labour recovery, parts margin and work in progress affect profitability? Can they handle customer escalations, personal emergencies and conflicting priorities while keeping the team and workload on track?
Without that preparation, you risk giving someone a manager’s title while leaving them equipped primarily for their previous job. They now hold a position that directly influences your business’s financial performance, but may have had little support to fulfil it.
Brendan works alongside newly promoted engineers and technicians to build those management skills. Training connects financial understanding, operational control and people management to the decisions they face every day, helping them lead the department with confidence and commercial judgement.
Format: Individual coaching through our one, three or five-day Manager Development programmes, or ten-day Service Manager Induction for more extensive support.
Leadership & Communication
Set clear expectations. Have the difficult conversations. Follow through.
Develop how managers give direction, delegate, provide feedback and address problems. Sessions use situations from your business to strengthen communication within teams and between departments.
We work on making expectations understood, addressing issues early and ensuring conversations lead to clear actions and ownership.
Topics: Giving direction, delegation, constructive feedback, difficult conversations, performance discussions, communication between departments and effective handovers.
Format: Half-day or full-day courses. These topics also form part of individual manager development.
Team Training Workshops
Help your team work together with clearer expectations.
Focused workshops addressing an agreed team need, such as customer service, operational routines, handovers or accountability.
We help people understand their responsibilities and how their work affects colleagues, customers and business performance. Sessions use relevant situations and practical discussion to agree improvements the team can apply.
Brendan leads workshop and engineering topics. Frankee leads customer-service and business-operation topics.
Format: Half-day or full-day workshops for up to ten attendees.
AI Optimisation Training
Make everyday work easier with practical AI skills.
Frankee helps teams apply AI to correspondence, documentation, reporting and repetitive administration.
Sessions include relevant examples, guidance on checking outputs and time for questions, helping attendees understand where AI can support their work and how to use it appropriately.
Format: A one-hour Microsoft Teams group session or a half-day workshop, for up to ten attendees.
Senior Leadership Development
Strengthen the people responsible for leading your business.
Frankee was operating at director level within an international group employing approximately 8,000 people, with responsibilities spanning Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. She brings that experience to helping managing directors, senior leaders and heads of department establish priorities, build effective working relationships and lead their teams with confidence.
For managing directors, business owners and established senior management teams, Frankee provides practical coaching and independent challenge. She helps leaders ask the right commercial questions, understand what drives performance and identify where their managers need clearer direction or support.
Work can include interpreting management information, setting departmental priorities, clarifying decision-making responsibilities and addressing issues between teams. The focus is on connecting leadership decisions to operational delivery and commercial performance.
Industries differ, but effective leadership starts with people. Clear expectations, consistent standards and managers who support their teams shape how the business performs every day.
Format: Bespoke development for individual senior leaders or management teams, with scope and duration matched to the role and organisation.

Induction & Onboarding
Give new starters the support their role deserves.
Busy workloads, limited availability and stretched management capacity can leave businesses struggling to provide thorough onboarding. New starters are then left to work out unfamiliar systems, responsibilities and expectations for themselves, creating gaps that can affect confidence and performance long after they join.
PRUDOM fills that gap. We provide dedicated, practical support so new starters understand the business, learn how to navigate their role and build effective working relationships.
Working alongside them, we help establish the knowledge, routines and confidence they need for a strong start.
Service Manager Induction & Onboarding
Two weeks alongside your manager, in the chair.
Brendan works alongside the service manager on scheduling, technician allocation, work in progress, parts coordination, customer communication, labour recovery, invoicing and reporting.
The programme connects the daily running of the department to its commercial responsibilities, helping the manager understand both what needs doing and why it matters.
The first week combines guidance with practical work. In the second, the manager takes the lead with observation and feedback. The programme finishes with established routines and a review of further development needs.
Format: Ten working days across two weeks.
Senior Leadership Onboarding
Give incoming leaders a structured start.
A senior appointment brings experience, but still needs time and guidance to understand your business.
Frankee has successfully supported the integration of new heads of department into established operations. She helps incoming directors and department heads understand how their department fits into the wider business, build relationships with existing teams and establish clear responsibilities, reporting routines and expectations.
Working with the incoming leader and their managing director or line manager, she develops a practical first-90-days plan covering priorities, key relationships and measures of progress.
Regular reviews provide space to resolve questions, address gaps and adjust the plan as understanding develops. This gives the incoming leader a structured start while supporting the colleagues responsible for bringing them into the business.
Format: Bespoke onboarding support matched to the appointment and organisation.

Induction & Onboarding Review
Find the gaps in your current starter experience.
We review your materials, role training and manager responsibilities to establish where new starters are left unclear or unsupported.
The review examines what people are expected to learn, who is responsible for supporting them and how progress is checked. You receive an action plan for improving the process.
Format: Preparation, one day on site and an action plan.
Company Induction & Onboarding Design
Give every starter a clear route into the business.
We build onboarding arrangements covering preparation before arrival, first-day expectations, role training, buddy support and 30-, 60- and 90-day reviews.
Work can include checklists, manager guidance and clear responsibilities for each stage, helping the business provide a more consistent experience across agreed roles and sites.
Format: A defined project matched to your roles and sites.

Ongoing Support & Business Tools
Keep management focused and improvements moving.
Experienced input, clear responsibilities and useful reporting help turn agreed actions into everyday practice.
Management Structure & Accountability
Make ownership clear across the business.
Frankee reviews how responsibilities, decisions and reporting work across your organisation. We clarify who owns the work, establish useful management routines and strengthen follow-through, helping reduce duplication, unclear decisions and actions that remain unresolved.
Format: A focused review or a three-day programme with implementation support.
Business Dashboards & Reporting
Turn business data into information managers can act on.
Frankee develops practical dashboards, agrees KPI definitions and establishes reporting around your business priorities. The aim is to help managers understand performance, recognise emerging issues and make informed decisions.
Format: Initial dashboard and reporting setup. Data preparation, additional dashboards and integrations are scoped according to requirements.
Monthly Reporting & Review
Keep the numbers connected to management action.
Regular reporting, commentary and a review call help you understand changes in performance, discuss emerging issues and agree what needs to happen next. The focus is on interpreting the information and maintaining oversight of agreed actions.
Format: Monthly reporting and commentary with a one-hour review call.
AIWorkflow Improvement
Apply AI to specific tasks and processes.
Frankee reviews agreed tasks and administrative workflows, sets up suitable AI applications and provides a practical handover. The work focuses on relevant uses, clear guidance and appropriate checking of outputs.
Format: A scoped project covering review, setup and handover.
Management Sounding Board
An experienced second opinion when you need it.
Work through a problem, challenge an assumption or prepare for an important decision with Brendan or Frankee. Calls focus on your situation and practical next steps, with the delivery lead matched to the topic.
Format: One-hour Microsoft Teams calls, booked individually or as four calls per month.
Retained Operational & Management Support
Regular support to turn improvements into established practice.
Brendan and/or Frankee work with your business to implement improvements and keep progress on track. Support can include operational leadership, manager coaching, KPI reviews, cost and margin improvement, reporting and oversight of agreed actions.
Each engagement establishes the priorities, responsibilities and level of support required, giving owners and managers a regular point of review and practical assistance.
Format: One or two days per month, or one or two days per week. Responsibilities and delivery agreed to scope.
Standalone On-site Support
Experienced operational input, directed by you.
Bring Brendan into the operation when you need practical assistance, support with a project or a second opinion on site. You direct the priorities during the day.
Format: On-site support by arrangement. Work requiring advance assessment, a structured review or specified deliverables is scoped separately.
